bread with the ‘Régionale’ label, also makes bread
commercially sold under the label of the private ‘Coop’, and
the ‘Tradition’ brand. Grocery stores with integrated bakeries,
for their part, stock pre-made bread, without any preservatives, prepared
locally by the ‘Boulangerie Régionale’.

120 stores in the Atlantic region. This is an important distribution network
that enables us to provide delivery of frozen dough to other businesses
in other areas. This network could also be used to assist other businesses
in exporting their products. We hope to continue to use our resources
