The “Boulangerie Régionale”, in addition to making bread with the ‘Régionale’ label, also makes bread commercially sold under the label of the private ‘Coop’, and the ‘Tradition’ brand. Grocery stores with integrated bakeries, for their part, stock pre-made bread, without any preservatives, prepared locally by the ‘Boulangerie Régionale’.


The directors of the business are conscious that consumers want good quality products at competitive prices, and that they want a variety of products as well as new products. With their expertise, they are able to respond to what the population and potential clients desire. They have worked hard to diversify and offer a new line of products to meet today’s tastes. They evolved and updated, choosing to expand the productivity of the business. Locally, residents from the area are benefiting from this step, as they can now purchase new flavours of bread and products of superior quality.

Exporting and Distributing
We work in collaboration with a local supplier and its network of over 120 stores in the Atlantic region. This is an important distribution network that enables us to provide delivery of frozen dough to other businesses in other areas. This network could also be used to assist other businesses in exporting their products. We hope to continue to use our resources collaboratively in order to increase our exports.
